Rob Smith, Broker and President of Fortune Real Estate, has been active in Florida’s RV and manufactured home industry since 1981. He has brokered many successful deals over the last 35+ years and continues to be a trusted beacon in his field.
Aside from Fortune Real Estate, Rob owns three Florida resort communities. He is familiar with the benefits and lifestyle of being an owner-operator. He has experience both as an onsite owner-operator, as well as in managing staff remotely. Through his years of selling properties and managing resorts, he has accumulated enormous knowledge about this industry; that is a rare find. He is affiliated with key industry associations and uses their legislative connections and educational opportunities to remain on the leading edge of developments. Rob is one of the most informed and aware people in the Florida RV resort market. He is currently in his 12th year on the Board of Directors for the Florida Association of RV Parks & Campgrounds (FARVC). In his spare time, he is an avid Florida Gators fan.

As Vice President, J.P. focuses his efforts on ensuring a seamless business transaction for our clients. He works closely with both buyers and sellers from the prospecting phase through sale. He ensures the responsibilities of the brokerage company are fulfilled in a timely manner, resulting in the completion of a successful transaction.
In addition to his contributions at Fortune Real Estate, J.P. owns and manages Fisherman’s Cove Resort, a waterfront R.V. resort located in Palmetto, FL.

Amber joined Fortune Real Estate as Director of Operations in March of 2018. With over 8 years of digital marketing experience, Amber works to elevate the company’s digital footprint. In addition to marketing and advertising, her responsibilities include PR, business development and sales enablement of the associates.

The newest sales associate to join the Fortune Real Estate team is Elle Browning. Elle is a native of Virginia Beach, VA, and has her PhD from Old Dominion University.
An avid camper and traveler, Elle has been vacationing in our communities for the past 22 years while raising four daughters. Now that her youngest daughter is off to college, her passion for Florida and outdoor living has brought her to our business. Elle first acquired her real estate license in 2000.
